By using FileFixly (filefixly.com), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The service

FileFixly provides free file conversion, compression and management tools. Most tools run locally in your browser; some may use server-side processing where noted. We aim for high availability but don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use FileFixly to process files you don't have the right to use, or for any unlawful purpose, including:

• Processing copyrighted material without authorization
• Uploading malicious files intended to harm the service or other users
• Attempting to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service beyond fair use

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

No warranty

FileFixly is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that converted or compressed files will be perfectly identical to the original, or suitable for every purpose (for example, official document requirements). Please verify important outputs before relying on them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FileFixly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes to the service

We may add, change, or remove tools and features at any time as the product evolves.
